Township Assessors

The township Assessor is responsible for ensuring that all the townshipss taxable property, both real and personal, are assessed equitably and fairly according to State-prescribed regulations. Currently, Elkhart County has Township Assessors for Baugo, Cleveland, Concord, Elkhart, Osolo and Middlebury Townships. All other townships fall under the jurisdiction of the County Assessor.
